Yearly Membership Fees:

  • Adult (19 – 55 years) – $30
  • Family (Parents, children and grandparents) – $50
  • Student (15-18 years or with valid student ID) – $15

Forest Bathing

Saturday, April 20 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm

Relax among the trees and absorb the wonders our forest has to offer! Led by Tracy Chalmers, an Association of Nature and Forest Therapy guide. Forest Bathing is a slow, mindful experience with stillness and sitting. Suitable for ages 15+.

Free for Ecology Centre members or $12 per person (+GST for ages 15+) for non-members.

Lovely Lichens

Saturday, May 4 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm

Join lichenologist Vivian Miao for an exploration of some of Lynn Canyon’s most fascinating organisms! We’ll review a few basics at the Ecology Centre first, then it’ll be outside to discover things together. Bring a hand lens, if you have, to look at all the finer lichen features, and of course, bring your camera! Ages 15+.
