Field Trip Booking Application

Filling out this form is not a guarantee you will be able to book a certain day or time. Our staff will confirm your booking if space is available, or contact you for more information if needed. We aim to respond in 5 business days. Once confirmed, our cancellation policy will apply (details below). We will respond to inquiries in the order they are received.

Make sure to read through the pricing, timing, descriptions of our field trips listed on our pre-school, elementary and secondary school program pages.

Cancellation Policy:

Guided field trips that are cancelled with more than 3 weeks notice will be charged a $50 fee. Guided field trips that are cancelled with less than 3 weeks notice will be charged the full program fee.

Any self-guided or virtual program cancellations will be charged a $25 administration fee.

Class Information

We can only run one class per day for in person field trips, with the exception of preschool programs (10 am and 1 pm) and two hour primary programs (10 am and 12:30 pm). There is limited availability for afternoon programs.

  • Maximum 30 K to Gr. 12 Students.
  • Maximum 24 Preschoolers.

If you would like programs for more than these numbers, please see our self-guided programs. Groups of more than 30 will be split into smaller groups and staggered.

If you are booking a self-guided program on top of a guided field-trip, we recommend at least 30 minutes to 1 hour after your program ends, so your class has enough time for lunch.

Your Availability

Please provide us with three weekday dates that work for you.

Spring guided programs run from March 2 to 13 and March 30 to June 19, 2026. For local schools, we also have availability for afternoon programs from 12:30 to 2:30 pm.

Virtual, self-guided and our guided No Bones About It program run all year round. Virtual programs take place at 1 pm. 10 am virtual program timeslots are only available December to February.
